Digital ECU Cheater I is a piggyback device equipped with an EFI fuel injection system autonomous. This makes it possible to use the device, among others, to:
- conversion of the flowmeter to a pressure sensor (MAF-> MAP)
- modification of the analog signal 0-5V
- conversion of mechanical injection into electronic (among others, it enables the use of LPG injection installations)
- control of the fuel system in the case of equipping the naturally aspirated engine with a compressor or turbocharger
- control of boost pressure (up to 3 bars of overpressure)
The device is repeatedly used for the construction of injection systems in 4, 5, 6 and even 8 cylinder engines, eliminating malfunctioning K-Jetronic and KE-Jetronic systems. The list of cars modified in this way includes, among others:
Audi with 2.3 10V NG, AAR, NF 2.0 16V ACE engines, 2.2T 10V MC, 2.2 10V KV and others
VW with 2.0 8V 2E, 2.0 16V 9A, 1.8 8V KR engines and others
Mercedes with 2.6 engines 2.8 3.0 12V M103, 3.0 24V M104, 1.8 2.0 2.3 8V M102, 3.8 4.2 5.0 V8 m116, m117, m110
In addition, the Digital ECU Cheater I is equipped with a communication port that allows you to connect a multi-functional display of the MultiDisplay engine operating parameters.
The device configuration is done via the USB interface using the included PiggyProg software. The software allows you to edit maps (size 16x16), change configuration settings and login and preview of measurement parameters in real time.
